What should your ideal barbecue restaurant look like?

Barbecue, I don’t know why, but when I hear these two words, I get excited, and I feel like I want to have fun eating and drinking. A beautiful picture of a group of people, with wine, meat and music on the table, chatting and laughing together automatically came to mind. In fact, I prefer to barbecue by myself than going to a barbecue restaurant, because there are few barbecue restaurants that can satisfy my inner definition of a barbecue restaurant.

The barbecue restaurant in my mind must be independent. I must experience the joy of barbecue in person. I sit by the grill with a beer in one hand, turn around and ask my friends around me: "More or less spicy?" ! "As for the barbecue venue, I hope it is real. There is a shed made of green vines above the head, which is enough to provide shade. I can see the wisps of smoke floating in the oven here, and smell the oil that has been marinated in the meat slowly refining, exuding an alluring fragrance that goes straight into my stomach. I can hear the crisp sounds of my friends and my family clinking glasses with each other on the table of life. I can even light a fire when the sun is shining, have a cheerful meal when the sun sets, and slump in a chair when the stars are shining. I was drinking wine with friends and confidants and chatting about our stories.

In my opinion, barbecue is not a process of enjoying food, but an opportunity to give each other a chance to relax. Forget the troubles in life, find a barbecue restaurant like this that gives us our own, and do something we really want to do. There are no waiters, no chefs, and no managers. We just need such a suitable place. It is big enough to accommodate my friends and family. It is free enough that no one will disturb my party. I think if there is such a barbecue restaurant, I will go there, take my friends and my family, go here to stay away from troubles and burn all the unpleasantness.
