On February 8, 65438, the press release office of the Propaganda Department of Zhengzhou Municipal Committee held the Overall Development Plan for Building the Core Demonstration Zone of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development in the Yellow River Basin in Zhengzhou (2020-2035) (hereinafter referred to as the Overall Development Plan) and the Construction Plan for Building the Starting Zone of the Core Demonstration Zone of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development in the Yellow River Basin in Zhengzhou (2020-2035) (hereinafter referred to as the Start)

Starting area of core demonstration area

The area is about 2 10 square kilometers.

Wang Xintian, a member of the Party Committee of Zhengzhou Development and Reform Commission and a third-level researcher, said that the starting area is the key area where Zhengzhou's core demonstration area is the first to start construction. The construction planning of the starting area closely focuses on the functional orientation of the Yellow River Basin ecological protection and green development demonstration area, world-class tourist destination and national culture exhibition area, Zhengzhou national central city integration and innovation demonstration area and world-class livable city demonstration area. The functional layout of major spatial divisions, major cultural tourism industries, major infrastructure and major projects in the starting area was scientifically planned, which provided a road map for the region to become a centralized exhibition area for Zhengzhou to implement the Yellow River strategy.

The first line runs from Taohuayu to Huayuankou, east to Zhengzhou Huayuankou East 107 National Road, west to Zheng Yun Expressway connecting Tianlun Avenue, south to Lianhuo Expressway connecting Suoxu River to North Fourth Ring Road, and north to the Yellow River Central Line.

What did Huiji District do in the past two years?

Zhao, executive deputy head of the People's Government of Huiji District, Zhengzhou City, said that Huiji District has issued a special implementation plan and a three-year action plan for the construction of the starting area in 2020, and made overall plans for the development of ecological protection, industrial layout and cultural inheritance. We will further promote the comprehensive improvement of the Yellow River beach area, withdraw 6,200 mu of fishery farming, restore 6,500 mu of wetlands, and plant more than 220,000 green trees.

The planning of Yellow River Beach Park is about 44 square kilometers, with a total investment of 3.52 billion yuan. Twenty-seven 66-kilometer colored slow-moving roads with "nine verticals and three horizontals" have been built, and three ornamental nodes, namely South Baotou Square, Maritime Square and Wu Hui Pontoon Square, have been fully completed and opened.

Guided by the self-created area and driven by Zhongyuan Science and Technology City, we will speed up the construction of laboratories such as Songshan Laboratory, Seed Industry Laboratory and Yellow River Laboratory, and strive to build a first-class innovation platform.

Adhere to the high-quality development of manufacturing industry as the main direction, actively build the "No.1" industry of electronic information in the city, accelerate the development of traditional advantageous industries such as automobiles, equipment manufacturing, modern food and aluminum processing, and vigorously develop emerging industries such as new energy vehicles, intelligent equipment, new materials, biomedicine, low-carbon environmental protection and network information security. Accelerate the construction of water-saving cities, deepen the implementation of "four rivers governing together", do a good job in the construction of major water conservancy projects such as Cannon key storage, rigid revetment of the Yellow River and regulation of Jinshui River in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, and strive to build a water security system for megacities.
