Article 3 The promotion of civilized behavior should adhere to the combination of the rule of law and the rule of virtue, follow the principle of people-oriented, overall promotion and both rewards and punishments, and build a working pattern of * * * building * * * governance and * * * enjoyment with government leadership, social coordination and mass participation. (four) shall not be graffiti on urban roads, buildings, structures, trees, municipal and other facilities, and shall not post advertisements, wall posters, slogans and posters without authorization;
(five) comply with the "one meter long" civilization guide sign set by the public place management unit;
(six) abide by the queue order, not to cut in line, push each other, take the bus and elevator first in and then out;
(seven) shall not occupy, damage or improper use of public facilities and public places;
(eight) watching cultural performances and sports competitions shall not affect others or normal performances and competitions;
(nine) in case of emergency, obey the on-site command, cooperate with emergency disposal, and not blindly gather around;
(10) Other codes of conduct for maintaining order in public places. Article 12 Citizens shall maintain public health and observe the following provisions:
(1) Reduce the generation of garbage and put domestic garbage in accordance with the principle of garbage classification and relevant regulations;
(2) No littering of peels, scraps of paper, cigarette butts, packaging bags and other wastes;
(3) Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not allowed in indoor public places, public transport and other non-smoking places;
(4) No spitting and defecation;
(5) Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and wear a mask when suffering from infectious respiratory diseases;
(six) during the epidemic prevention of public health emergencies, abide by the epidemic prevention regulations such as wearing masks and keeping a social distance, cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention measures such as inspection, isolation and treatment, and provide relevant information truthfully;
(7) Other codes of conduct for maintaining public health and civilization.
