On the Collection of "Migrant Workers"

After China became rich and strong, there were more professional posts. Many migrant workers who are far away or come out to work in the countryside have come to our beautiful Zhejiang and Hangzhou. I came all this way just to earn some money honestly to support my family. However, some people just take a fancy to their honesty and harm these vulnerable groups. Before we get to the point, let's take a look at the moans of those vulnerable groups.

1 I am a migrant worker from the mainland. Why do we have to do the hardest and most tiring work? The salary is not very high, the working conditions are poor, and the most annoying thing is that you often don't get paid! Buildings in the city have sprung up one after another, and the city is prosperous, but who cares about our survival?

At present, the prices of grain, water and electricity, fuel and commodities will only go up, not down. What policies does the government have to protect our vulnerable groups such as retirement, laid-off, illness and work-related injuries, so that our lives will not decline because of rising prices?

There are so many farmers in our province, and minor illnesses are at home, and serious illnesses can't really go once. Has the Ministry of Labor and Social Security taken any measures to enable them to enter the hospital when they are sick?

For migrant workers in Haikou, there are many problems in their usual job hunting. Some units often do not sign contracts, and social welfare cannot be guaranteed. Because some migrant workers are unwilling to accept unequal treatment with their units in order to find jobs, I wonder what the labor department has to say about this? What kind of protection will these migrant workers be provided this year?

I am a laid-off worker, and our factory has not given us any compensation until now. We asked for a buyout, and the factory asked us to write a resignation letter first, otherwise we would not be bought out. Since the production was stopped in September last year, the factory has neither paid for it nor handled the buyout procedures for us. Many of us are old and young, so what should we do?

Now let's look at the figures in that terrible questionnaire:

By the end of 2000, there were 6.9 million laid-off workers in state-owned enterprises, and 6190,000 unemployed people were registered at the end of June 2006. In addition, at the end of 2000, there were about 3.88 million retirees in arrears in their pensions and employees' wages13.93 million, totaling17.8 million, of which about one third were poor, totaling18.96 million. 10% of the average monthly income of low-income households is 22 1 yuan, and that of poor households is 5% 194 yuan, which is lower than the poverty line.

The monthly income is 22 1 yuan, and maybe those big bosses will exceed this amount in one meal. You know, that's their living expenses for one month, and this 22 1 yuan will be used for eating, paying tuition for children, and perhaps treating elderly parents. But those bosses and contractors also deliberately defaulted on their wages. Maybe if they think about the situation of those vulnerable groups, they will not be owed wages. But according to the questionnaire, there are still so many cases. Why? Finally, there are three words "too greedy"

I hope that the bosses and contractors who hurt the vulnerable groups will think more about the feelings of those vulnerable groups in the future, and I also hope that the society will have more care for the vulnerable groups.
