1. When household appliances are used for a long time, or the insulation effect decreases due to humidity, it will lead to leakage. At this time, you need to use a multimeter. Adjust the multimeter to the AC voltage range to measure the metal shell of the electrical appliance suspected of leakage. One probe is connected to the housing and the other probe is grounded. If it is confirmed that the voltage is higher than 30 volts, it is leakage, and it is normal if it is lower than 30 volts.

2. The traditional line fault inspection method is subsection inspection. First, disconnect the tripping leakage protection, unplug all the electrical appliances on this line, remove the two wires at the opening under the tripping leakage protection, clamp the red detection rod on the newly removed live wire, clamp the black detection rod on the floor, and shake the handle to start the measurement. If it is less than 0.5 megohm, it proves that this wire has leakage. No matter whether the wire just measured is faulty or not, the zero line should be measured in the same way. In the two sets of data, the reading is less than 0.5 megohm, and there is leakage, so the wires need to be replaced.

3, open and leakage fault. First of all, see if the terminal is burnt. If there is high temperature, it is easy to cause tripping. Second, feel the strength of closing and switching. If you feel that the handle feels too soft and floating when you push and pull, it means that the internal structure is deformed and displaced due to heat, and the structure cannot be locked. When the contact is hot, it is easy to trip, and tripping problems often occur.

Preventive measures to prevent tripping

1, ordinary active water heaters, air conditioners, water dispensers, etc., these large household appliances, when taking wires, should be wired separately, otherwise it will present a very simple travel scene when using them.

2. Make a patrol plan every week, make patrol records, conduct operation analysis, and analyze and summarize each trip at the weekly meeting.

3. Strengthen line channel cleaning, organize personnel to clean up tree barriers and offline illegal buildings.
