<2>Do not waste materials, do not turn materials into waste materials, that is to say: put usable, useful, and needed materials into the warehouse, and promote the use of useless materials into the warehouse (system unit). Materials stay in the warehouse and are not used.

<3>No hoarding of materials: Feed the materials at the right time and in the right amount, so as not to over-stock the materials.

If there is a shortage of materials, there may be a shortage of materials. If there is a shortage of materials, the production operation will be blocked, the production plan will be frustrated, and production chaos will be inevitable.

Waste materials and hoarding materials lead to occupied funds, occupied space, increased costs, more difficult management, waste and inefficiency that really outweigh the gains.

The areas and passages under the jurisdiction of the warehouse must be reasonably planned and positioned, and clearly marked. The stored materials must be classified and stored according to certain rules, and good products and defective products must be clearly distinguished. Carry out the process of receiving materials according to the order (purchasing order) and issuing materials according to the order (receiving order) conscientiously.

Strictly abide by the first-in, first-out principle. Items that are put into the warehouse first must be put out of the warehouse first to avoid items that will be backlogged for too long and produce sluggish materials, which will increase the company's material costs.

Ensure the consistency between physical objects and accounts, and carefully record the entry and exit of each item. For items with large usage and frequent entry and exit, inventory should be taken regularly to ensure the accuracy of the data and avoid unnecessary errors. This resulted in work stoppages and waiting for materials.

Do a good job in 5S work in the warehouse at all times, keep the environment clean and tidy, store the materials in order, and regularly report the details of sluggish materials and expired materials in stock to the superior department so that the superior supervisor can make corresponding decisions. Countermeasures can also reduce the burden on warehouse capacity.
