At the same time, the scope of beneficiaries was extended to the spouses, parents and children's spouses of unpaid blood donors for the first time.

Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Blood Expense Reimbursement of Voluntary Blood Donors and Their Beneficiaries in Shandong Province.

Article 4 The blood expense reimbursement of unpaid blood donors shall be implemented according to the following standards.

(1) If the amount of blood donated (the cumulative amount of blood donated by two or more blood stations within the administrative area of this province, the same below) is less than 1000 ml, the expenses for clinical use equal to the amount of blood donated will be reimbursed for life. Enjoy 5 times reimbursement of clinical blood consumption within 5 years from the date of blood donation.

(2) If the cumulative blood donation reaches 1 1,000 ml or more, I will enjoy unlimited reimbursement for clinical blood use expenses for life.

Article 5 Beneficiaries of unpaid blood donors enjoy the reimbursement of accumulated clinical blood expenses equal to the amount of blood donated by unpaid blood donors.

Sixth blood donors and beneficiaries of blood reimbursement standards do not affect each other.

Seventh each donation of therapeutic amount of machine-collected platelets is calculated according to the blood donation amount of 800 ml of whole blood.

Eighth unpaid blood donors who fail to pass the first re-examination of blood donation shall be implemented in accordance with the reimbursement standards.
