1. Never return or leave your post unless necessary. To avoid the risk of infection during travel and protect the health of you and your family, please try not to leave your country or province unless necessary, strictly limit travel to cities and counties in medium- and high-risk areas, and minimize cross-regional movement.

2. Consciously and proactively report. Those who join the army from abroad are required to report to the destination community 3 days in advance. After joining the army, they will cooperate with the territory to implement the control measures of "21 days of centralized isolation, 7 days of health monitoring, and 2 nucleic acid tests". If you enter the country at the first port city and complete the 21-day centralized quarantine, you will be required to implement the "7-day health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests" measure. If you enter the first port city and complete the 14-day centralized quarantine, you will be required to implement the "7-day centralized quarantine" "7-day health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests" measures.

People who have a history of living in provinces and cities in domestic medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days are not allowed to join the army unless necessary. If it is necessary to join the army, please report to the destination community and unit 3 days in advance, and keep the nucleic acid test within 48 hours. If a negative certificate is obtained, "14 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of health monitoring" measures will be implemented after joining the army. Personnel who have joined the army in the city where they are located in the 14 days before the announcement from medium and high-risk areas should take the initiative to report to the local community and cooperate with the implementation of the "14-day centralized isolation and 7-day health monitoring" measure.

For those who have entered the army from cities where the epidemic has occurred but the epidemic risk level has not been determined yet, if they have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, the jurisdiction will be based on the closure management situation of the place where the epidemic occurred. Take corresponding control measures with reference to relevant policies in medium- and high-risk areas. Residents are requested to actively cooperate.

Personnel working in low-risk areas outside the province and in key industries within the province are required to report to the destination community and unit 3 days in advance. To join the army, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and report truthfully upon arrival. During the trip, take another nucleic acid test, and those with negative results will monitor their health at home for 14 days. Officers are requested to go out as little as possible, do not participate in gathering activities, and do not go to crowded places.

3. Do not gather unless necessary. In view of the current epidemic situation, we must strictly adhere to the principle of "do not hold unless necessary". The county's party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and various industries should try not to hold dinners, gatherings and other activities, and strictly control exhibitions, sales promotions, theatrical performances, and sports events. and other activities. Reduce rural market and temple fairs, strictly control the flow of people in market and temple fairs, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly prohibit holding performance activities at market and temple fairs. Residents are requested to refrain from organizing or participating in activities such as dinners and gatherings unless necessary, and to minimize the number and time of visits to crowded places such as supermarkets and cinemas. It is recommended that family dinner gatherings should not exceed 10 people. It is recommended to use public chopsticks and spoons during dinner parties. It is recommended to sit in separate seats to shorten the dinner time. It is advocated that "happy events should be postponed, funerals should be kept simple, and banquets should not be held." 4. Strengthen personal protection. The majority of residents should strengthen self-protection and develop good living habits in daily life such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, "one meter noodles", and sharing meals; when entering public places, they must cooperate with body temperature checks and double code checks. Wear masks regularly when taking public transportation, elevators and other closed places; wash hands frequently, cover when coughing and sneezing, and maintain a social distance of more than 1 meter; frequently open windows indoors for ventilation. Maintain air circulation; people aged 60 and above and patients with serious chronic diseases should avoid going to crowded places as much as possible.

If symptoms such as fever and cough occur, please take non-public transportation as soon as possible, wear a mask, and go to the nearest fever clinic in a timely manner.

5. Get vaccinated as soon as possible. Vaccination against COVID-19 is still the most effective means of prevention at present. If you are eligible for vaccination but have not yet been vaccinated or have not completed the full course of vaccination, please get vaccinated as soon as possible. If you have completed two doses and are 6 months old or older, get a sequential booster. At the same time, please widely mobilize your relatives and friends to get vaccinated, so as to "receive everyone as needed" and build a strong epidemic prevention barrier as soon as possible.

6. Consciously resist public opinion and rumors. Please pay attention to official and authoritative releases, spread positive energy for epidemic prevention and control, and do not believe, spread or spread rumors.
