1. Never return or leave your post unless necessary. 2. Consciously and proactively report. Those who join the army from abroad are required to report to the destination community 3 days in advance. After joining the army, they will cooperate with the territory to implement the control measures of "21 days of centralized isolation, 7 days of health monitoring, and 2 nucleic acid tests". If you enter the country at the first port city and complete the 21-day centralized quarantine, you will be required to implement the "7-day health monitoring and 2 nucleic acid tests" measure. People who have a history of living in provinces and cities in domestic medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days are not allowed to join the army unless necessary. For those who have entered the army from cities where the epidemic has occurred but the epidemic risk level has not been determined yet, if they have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, the jurisdiction will be based on the closure management situation of the place where the epidemic occurred. Take corresponding control measures with reference to relevant policies in medium- and high-risk areas. Residents are requested to actively cooperate.
Personnel working in low-risk areas outside the province and in key industries within the province are required to report to the destination community and unit 3 days in advance. To join the army, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours and report truthfully upon arrival. During the trip, take another nucleic acid test, and those with negative results will monitor their health at home for 14 days. The county's party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and various industries should try not to hold dinners, gatherings and other activities, and strictly control exhibitions, sales promotions, theatrical performances, and sports events. and other activities. Reduce rural market and temple fairs, strictly control the flow of people in market and temple fairs, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly prohibit holding performance activities at market and temple fairs.
