The fishing ban in Chengdu is coming this year, so friends engaged in fishing should pay attention. From April 1 day, 2022 to February 3 1 day, 2025, fishing is prohibited throughout the year. The fishing ban in Chengdu officially started on March 1 and will last until June 30th.

During this period, all fishing and fishing activities are prohibited in Chengdu natural waters, and "one person, one pole, one line and one hook" is not allowed. Electric fish, poisonous fish, fried fish, illegal fishing and fishing are all suspected of violating the law, and it may also constitute a crime to use prohibited fishing gear such as hook and rake (bucket rod, fish anchor) and true (accurate) bait (with more than 7 hooks).

Contents of closed fishing (1) During the closed fishing period, it is forbidden for any unit or individual to engage in fishing operations, swimming, nesting and taking eggs, digging sand and taking stones and other activities that affect the reproduction of aquatic organisms in natural waters in any way;

(2) Prohibiting any unit or individual from selling, purchasing or processing the catches caught in natural waters;

(three) prohibit the use of electric fish, poisonous fish, fried fish and other methods to destroy fishery resources for fishing;

(four) prohibit the manufacture, sale, publicity and use of prohibited fishing gear.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs recently issued a notice to adjust the fishing ban system of the Yellow River. According to the circular, from April 1 day in 2022 to February 3 1 day in 2025, fishing in the headwaters of the Yellow River and key upstream waters will be closed all year round, and the fishing period from Ningxia section of the Yellow River to the estuary will be extended by 1 month, that is, from April 1 day to June 30 1 month.
