China Overseas Group has undertaken many large-scale engineering projects with historical value in Hongkong, and built numerous public houses, private houses, medical institutions, cultural facilities, public buildings, hotels, bridges and roads closely related to people's lives.

It has five highest-level construction permits (referred to as five C certificates) for construction, port engineering, road and drainage, site development and water engineering, and the bidding amount is unlimited. Among them, the Hong Kong New Airport Passenger Terminal Building, the West Kowloon Reclamation Project, the China People's Liberation Army Naval Base in Hong Kong, the Central Reclamation Project, the Deep Bay Trunk Line and the Disney Infrastructure Construction, which were rated as one of the top ten buildings in the world in the 20th century, are the largest of their kind in Hong Kong.
