How did Suzhou Sanxiang Road get its name?

The name of the place name allusion "Sanxiang" originated from Sanxiang Temple. "Wu Men Biao Yin": "The tomb of Fengshan, the son of a filial son, is on the side of Sanxiang Temple outside Xumen." Its temple is Sanxiang Land Temple (the former site is in the north of Du Ya Hotel), which used to be full of incense. There are three villages near the temple, and the later "hometown" is "Xiang".

Location Sanxiang Road starts from Xumen Ancient Xu Qiao in the east and reaches the intersection of Xu Xu Road and Shishan Bridge in the west. The section from Xu Xun Road to Sanxiang Bridge originally belonged to Canglang District, and the western section from Sanxiang Bridge to Sijing Bridge originally belonged to Jinchang and Canglang District. Canglang District is on the south side of the highway and Jinchang District is on the north side. The west of Sijing Bridge used to belong to Jinchang District. After the adjustment of 20 12 zoning, the whole road belongs to gusu district.
