The clearance protection scope of Taolin Airport in Huangchuan County is10km on both sides of the center line of the airport runway and 20km outside the runway end. North to Wangdian Township, Huaibin County, south to Huxilou, renhe town, Huangchuan County, west to Qingtang, Butaji Town, Huangchuan County, and east to Hudifang, Huzupu Town, Gushi County.

Northern border: Wangzhuang-Hulobby-Dingdazhai-Chenxiaozhuang-Guolaozhuang-Xiaoligang-Luo Ying-Lower Li Ying-Zhang Ying Village-Huang Zhai Village-Fuweizi Village-Bailuhe Village-Wangdazhai-Dalizhai-Zhaozhai Village.

1. It is forbidden to discharge a large amount of smoke, fire, waste gas and other substances that affect flight safety.

2. It is forbidden to build buildings or other facilities that affect flight safety, such as shooting ranges and high explosives warehouses.

3. It is forbidden to set up lights, signs or objects at civil airports that affect the use of visual AIDS or the sight of pilots.

4. It is forbidden to plant plants that affect flight safety or the use of navigation AIDS at civil airports.

5. It is forbidden to raise and release birds that affect flight safety, and it is forbidden to raise and release unmanned free balloons, tethered balloons and other airborne objects.

6. It is forbidden to burn crop straws, garbage and other substances that produce a lot of smoke, and it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers.

7. It is forbidden to set up open dumps, slaughterhouses, farms and other places that are easy to attract birds and other animals.

8. It is forbidden to build buildings, plant trees or engage in activities that affect the operation safety of civil airports, such as digging and accumulating objects, within 5 meters outside the boundary of civil airports.

9. It is strictly forbidden to damage or alter airport related facilities without authorization.

10. It is forbidden to raise livestock within the civil airport demarcated according to law.

12. Other acts that affect the clearance protection of civil airports as stipulated by laws, regulations and the State Council civil aviation authorities.

Engaging in the activities listed in the preceding paragraph outside the civil airport clearance protection area shall not affect the civil airport clearance protection.

The local people's governments at or above the county level shall, when examining and approving the construction projects in the clearance protection area of civil airports, solicit opinions in writing from the civil aviation administrative agencies where the civil airports are located.

High voltage transmission tower

Where a high-voltage transmission tower with a voltage exceeding 220,000 volts is installed in the clearance protection area of a civil airport, obstacle lights or signs shall be set up in accordance with the relevant provisions of the competent civil aviation authority in the State Council to maintain its normal state, and relevant information shall be provided to the civil aviation administration, air traffic administration and airport administration where the civil airport is located.

Three. Requirements related to airport clearance protection

According to the construction requirements of Taolin Airport Project in Huangchuan County, the county government fixed the status quo of the above areas through satellite images from 2065438 to September 2009. Without the approval of the county government, no artificial changes shall be made to the above areas. No unit or individual may build, expand or rebuild projects, plan and arrange industries, attract investment, develop land, build new houses and other facilities, and plant various perennial cash crops and trees. In violation of the above contents, in addition to the relevant laws and regulations, no compensation will be paid when collecting, and the relevant requirements are as follows:

1. All units and individuals who build, expand or rebuild buildings and structures in Huangchuan Airport Clearance Protection Area must obey the planning management and apply to the county urban planning administrative department for the construction project planning permit and other relevant approval documents before going through the commencement formalities.

2. It is forbidden to build buildings and structures exceeding the clearance height limit in Huangchuan Airport clearance protection zone.

3. After the announcement, buildings and structures built without approval in Huangchuan airport clearance protection area that exceed the airport clearance limit height must be dismantled by the construction unit or individual before the end of 2002110. If it is not removed within the time limit, it will be forcibly removed according to law, and the removal cost will be borne by the construction unit or individual.

4. No unit or individual may obstruct the demolition of illegal buildings or structures.

5. Taolin Town People's Government, Huangsigang Town People's Government and relevant village committees should jointly take responsibility, cooperate with the clean-up and demolition of illegal buildings and structures, and educate the masses to establish a global concept, abide by laws and regulations, and consciously obey the needs of clean-up and demolition work.

Fourth, the punishment measures

In violation of the requirements of this notice, new buildings, obstacles or other facilities and equipment will be ordered to be demolished and restored to the original state within a time limit in addition to compensation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The losses caused thereby shall be borne by the owners of buildings, obstacles or other facilities and equipment. Refusing or obstructing state functionaries from performing their duties according to law, spreading rumors to confuse people and stir up trouble, shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment; If the case constitutes a crime, it shall be transferred to judicial organs for criminal responsibility.

Encourage the broad masses of the people to report violations of the above notice and assist relevant departments to investigate and deal with them.
