This internship is mainly in the atmospheric and vacuum workshop and the catalytic cracking workshop. The content of the internship is mainly to visit and understand the actual production process, production equipment and production operations. In the atmospheric and vacuum workshop, we visited a series of processes of crude oil from equipment to products. The crude oil is first desalted and dehydrated by electricity, then enters the shell side for heat exchange, and then enters the primary distillation tower after multiple heat exchanges. The oil and gas are divided into two paths. After a series of treatments such as heat exchange, cooling, and water cutting, some flow back to the top of the tower, some exit the device, and some are heated and entered into the atmospheric tower. The oil and gas at the top of the normal pressure tower are divided into two paths. After a series of physical changes, they either reflux or exit the device, and finally obtain straight-run gasoline, 200# solvent oil, lamp kerosene, light diesel, heavy diesel, lubricating oil raw materials, and fuel oil. , heavy oil and other products.
