General situation of Tongan industrial concentration area in Xiamen

In order to solve the problem of land-lost farmers' way out as soon as possible, an innovative project of "covering silver with gold" was implemented simultaneously during the construction of Tongan industrial cluster. The whole Tongan industrial cluster "Gold Covering Silver" project involves 7 administrative villages and 3 1 natural villages with a total population of about 20,000. The whole "Gold Covered Silver" project has a planned area of 37,922 hectares, a planned land area of 350,000 square meters, a total construction area of 750,000 square meters, a storefront area of 240,000 square meters, and an apartment area of 5 1 10,000 square meters. There are 7 administrative villages in Li Yin, with a total living area of about 953,000 square meters and a leaseable area of about 450,000 square meters, which can absorb 40,000-60,000 foreign employees. After the completion of the "Jinbaoyin" project, each village set up a joint-stock cooperative economic organization as the main business entity for unified management, and the villagers' land use right of 1.5 square meters belongs to shares and dividends. After the "Golden Face" is completed, it will be sold to villagers with equity at cost; If the villagers can't afford to buy, they can use the land use right of 15 square meters as collateral to borrow money from the bank, and the operating income will be used to repay the principal and interest first. The contiguous development of Tong 'an industrial cluster has improved the land utilization rate, promoted the agglomeration of advantageous industries and improved the quality of attracting foreign investment. A large number of industrial enterprises above designated size have moved out one after another, and the industrial layout of Xiamen has undergone fundamental changes. Tongan has become the most promising industrial development zone. The development and construction scale of Tongan Industrial Zone increased from less than 8 square kilometers in 2003 to 18.6 square kilometers in 2006. A modern industrial new city is rising on the west side of the Taiwan Strait.
