Working principle of hydraulic station

Hydraulic station, also known as hydraulic pump station, is an independent hydraulic device. It supplies oil gradually. And control the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil, which is suitable for all kinds of hydraulic machinery with separable main engine and hydraulic device. After purchase, the user only needs to connect the hydraulic station with the actuator (oil cylinder or oil motor) on the main engine with an oil pipe, and the hydraulic machinery can realize various specified actions and work cycles.

The hydraulic station consists of pump device, manifold block or valve group, oil tank and electric box. The function of each component is:

Pump device-equipped with motor and oil pump, is the power source of hydraulic station and converts mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil.

Manifold block-consists of hydraulic valve and channel body. Adjust the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.

Valve combination-the plate valve is installed on the vertical plate, and the pipe behind the connecting plate has the same function as the integrated block.

Oil tank-a semi-closed container welded by plates, with oil filter screen and air filter on it, used for oil storage, cooling and oil filtering.

Electrical box-there are two types. Terminal board with external leads; An electrical appliance with a complete set of control devices.

Working principle of hydraulic station: the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank to supply oil, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic station. The direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil are adjusted by the manifold block (or valve group), and then the hydraulic oil is transported to the oil cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic press through an external pipeline, so as to control the commutation, strength and speed of the hydraulic press and push various hydraulic presses to do work.
