The first step of intelligent curtain installation: draw lines, locate and measure dimensions.

First of all, draw lines, locate and measure dimensions. The positioning of line drawing is directly related to the installation of curtain track in the later period, which is very critical. This work must be quite accurate; Next, we need to measure the relevant dimensions, including the distance between fixed holes, the installation size of curtain track, the size of curtain motor and so on.

What needs to be reminded here is that some tracks in intelligent curtain are arc curtain tracks, and the curtain tracks bent according to the radian of the building can be measured by measuring method, in which the total length of the tracks is the sum of the motor, track length and auxiliary transmission box length.

Intelligent curtain Installation Step 2: Install the curtain motor.

Before installing the curtain motor, the user needs to rotate 90 to connect the elevator with the track, then install the tapping screw on the top plate, and then connect the intelligent curtain motor.

It should be noted that when installing the clip, if the wall is of concrete structure, in addition to self-tapping screws, expansion screws need to be added to ensure that the curtain motor can be more stable.

Usually, both ends of the tracked curtain track used by the curtain motor are equipped with transmission boxes, in which the main transmission box is connected with the curtain motor and the other end is the auxiliary transmission box.

When connecting the motor to the track, it is necessary to put the curtain motor into the main transmission box, rotate it 90 clockwise, and then push the insert into the transmission box to the limit position. At this time, the transmission box will automatically lock to connect the motor with the transmission box.

Intelligent curtain Installation Step 4: Motor Adjustment

Finally, the motor should be adjusted to realize the positive and negative rotation of motor wiring, so as to realize the self-positioning of curtain opening and closing.

Before adjustment, it is necessary to separate the motor from the transmission box of the track, and adjust the two knobs on the motor to make the gears on the motor in meshing state. When all knobs are engaged, cover the rear cover of the motor, tighten it with screws, and fix the positioning locking piece, and the work is completed. Finally, check it again to confirm whether the intelligent curtain can run normally after being electrified.

Tips:

Strong electricity is dangerous, please do not disassemble it by non-professionals;

B, all wiring should be done in the case of power failure and refer to the wiring diagram of the product;

C, the load power should be less than the nominal power of the product (inductive load is halved), and the connection should ensure that the load has no short circuit phenomenon;

D, the installation distance between modules should be greater than1m;

E, please don't install the module in a place that is easy to be affected with damp or shielded by metal.
