Therefore, it is the most direct and common way for me to learn from her to listen to and comment on lessons with the master. In this process, I have the following ideas:

Preparing lessons is the premise of a good class. When preparing lessons, we should pay special attention to the ending, that is, we should pay special attention to arranging teaching activities around teaching objectives, rather than giving lectures for the content, so as to improve our level of preparing lessons. Teacher Wang gave me a lot of guidance on teaching objectives, teaching methods, key points, difficulties, key points, teaching process and ending methods in the process of preparing lessons. The teacher will also tell me in time what good measures she has in class and what difficulties or key points are easy to cause students' ambiguity, so that I can avoid some problems and take fewer detours in class.

Second, treat lectures correctly. Only by communicating more and listening to opinions can we make progress. Many young teachers are afraid of being lectured and making a fool of themselves, so a correct attitude is the first priority.

Listening to classes can help me find some problems that I didn't notice and correct them in time. For example, when I am in class, it is particularly easy to say a mantra, and sometimes body language is too frequent to be noticed at ordinary times. With the help of my master, I made progress gradually. After class, it takes continuous efforts to truly turn each teacher's feedback and suggestions into their own methods of class. Only by thinking more and summing up more can we really master the teaching skills.

Third, be good at using the opportunity of class evaluation to find out the shortcomings.

When the master gives me a lecture, he will tell me many advantages and disadvantages that I didn't realize. For example, in a certain teaching link, I may feel that there is no problem from the teacher's point of view, and my teacher sees many shortcomings from the listener's point of view when listening to the class. In the usual teaching, I can prepare lessons carefully, study textbooks, take the initiative to ask the master when I encounter difficulties, key points and doubts in teaching, and study textbooks and prepare lessons with the master.
