Notice No.25 on Establishing White List of Reworkers in Jiaojiang District Enterprises

At present, paying equal attention to prevention and development is the inherent requirement of safeguarding people's interests. Now, according to the spirit of Guiding Opinions of the Office of the Leading Group for Prevention and Control on Further Improving the Management of Enterprise Control's Resumption and Rework, combined with the actual situation in our region, a white list of enterprise rework personnel is established, and the white list personnel are treated equally with Jiaojiang local personnel.

First, the scope of white list declaration

1. People who have lived in Jiaojiang continuously 14 days and are in good health.

2. People who have lived in other counties of Taizhou for 14 days and are in good health.

3. According to the risk assessment of COVID-19 epidemic situation in various counties in Zhejiang Province, people in low-risk and low-risk counties in Zhejiang Province lived in the local area for 14 days continuously and were in good health.

4. People who have lived in low-risk areas outside the province for 14 days and are in good health.

Two, enterprises to return to work should be included in the white list of personnel and provide relevant certificates, reported to the local streets and industry authorities for examination and determination.

Third, employees should avoid taking public transport when returning. In principle, enterprises are required to arrange chartered transportation. If the sources of foreign employees are scattered, there is no condition to organize chartered buses to encourage employees to return by car.

Those who return by public transport such as civil aviation, railway and public transportation need to be isolated at home for 7 days.

Four, the new pepper, pepper sales personnel, should be on the day of arrival, take the initiative to truthfully report the situation to the village and community; Enterprises should take the initiative to truthfully report the relevant situation to the local streets. Do not take the initiative to truthfully report the situation, resulting in the consequences of epidemic prevention work, shall be investigated for relevant responsibilities according to law.

Five, after the return of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, the villages should support and help the holders of passes and health certificates to apply for housing rental, and shall not block access to the village without reason.

VI. Ensure smooth logistics for enterprises to return to work, and do not arrange 14-day medical observation for logistics vehicle drivers in non-key epidemic areas, non-key epidemic areas, non-contact history of personnel in key epidemic areas and non-related symptoms.
