Scope of application of police badge and its pattern:

(1) major ceremonies such as conferring titles, conferring clothes, taking oaths, and reading police;

(two) important buildings and rostrum of the people's police organs and their institutions;

(3) Certificates, medals, certificates and awards issued by the people's police organs;

(four) the people's police newspapers, books and other publications;

Article 6 The police badge and its design shall not be used for:

(five) other occasions or objects that hinder the solemnity of the police badge.

Article 7 The police badge is a special symbol of the people's police. No other unit or individual may hold, use, manufacture, forge, alter or buy or sell a police badge, or use a sign similar to the police badge and its pattern.
