9 Fire Accident Handling

9.0.1 When a fire occurs at the construction site, the construction unit or construction unit shall immediately report the alarm to the fire protection department of the public security organ, and promptly organize the firefighting and evacuation plans in accordance with the firefighting and evacuation plan. Evacuate personnel to rescue supplies and put out fires.

9.0.2 The construction unit and construction unit shall provide convenient conditions for rescuing personnel and putting out fires in accordance with the requirements of the public security firefighting agency.

9.0.3 After the fire is extinguished, the scene shall be protected, the accident investigation shall be accepted, the relevant information of the fire shall be truthfully provided, and the fire protection department of the public security organ shall be assisted in assessing the fire losses and identifying the cause of the fire.

9.0.4 No one is allowed to clean up the fire scene without the consent of the fire department of the public security organ.

9.0.5 After a fire occurs, a comprehensive analysis of the factors that caused the accident shall be conducted, rectification countermeasures shall be studied and formulated, relevant responsible persons shall be investigated and dealt with, and all workers shall be educated.

10 Legal Responsibilities

10.0.1 For actions ordered to be corrected by the fire protection department of the public security organ, the relevant unit shall make corrections immediately.

10.0.2 If the fire protection agency of the public security agency is ordered to make corrections within a time limit, or to stop construction or use, the rectification situation shall be reported to the fire protection agency of the public security agency in writing after the rectification, and the rectification information shall be stamped with the unit Official seal and signed by the person responsible for fire safety.

10.0.3 Anyone who violates this standard shall be punished by the fire protection agency of the public security organ and the construction administrative department in accordance with the law.
