Port and waterway engineering professional contracting qualification standards
Port and waterway engineering professional contracting qualifications are divided into Class A and Class B.
14.1 Grade A qualification standards
14.1.1 Corporate credit ability
(1) Net assets of more than 80 million yuan;

14.1.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) A total of 5 or more first-class registered construction engineers majoring in port and waterway engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, communications and radio and television engineering;
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and is a first-class registered construction engineer majoring in port
and waterway engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, communications and radio and television engineering; Presided over the completion of more than one project in this category.
14.1.3 Enterprise project performance
In the past 5 years, it has undertaken the construction of more than 3 types of projects out of the following 16 categories, and the project quality is qualified.
(1) Bulk cargo and container terminal (or installation of complete unloading equipment) projects of 50,000 tons along the coast or 2,000 tons or more in inland rivers;
(2) 50,000 tons or more Dock projects;
(3) Breakwater projects with water depths greater than 5 meters and over 600 meters;
(4) Port yard projects over 200,000 square meters along the coast or over 100,000 square meters in inland rivers ;
(5) Embankment and bank protection projects of more than 1,000 meters;
(6) Coastal waterway projects of 50,000 tons or inland waterways of more than 1,000 tons;
(7) Dredging projects of more than 5 million cubic meters;
(8) Land reclamation projects of more than 4 million cubic meters;
(9) Underwater explosions of more than 50,000 cubic meters Reef and reef clearing project;
(10) Installation project of ship lock equipment of more than 1,000 tons;
(11) Installation project of ship lift equipment of more than 300 tons;
(12) Navigation building projects with a single contract value of more than 50 million yuan;

(14) Single contracts Water vessel traffic management system project with a value of more than 5 million yuan;
(15) Maritime communication and navigation project with a single contract value of more than 5 million yuan;
(16) Single contract value of 500 Inland river communication and navigation projects worth more than 10,000 yuan.
14.1.4 Enterprise technical equipment
Possess more than 2 of the following 6 items of construction machinery and equipment:
(1) Piling ship with an elevating height of more than 60 meters ;
(2) Crane ships of more than 200 tons;
(3) Laying ships with a row width of more than 40 meters;
(4) Total installed power 2000 Dredgers above 1,000 watts or concrete mixers above 100 cubic meters per hour;
(5) Self-propelled trailing suction dredgers above 2,000 cubic meters;
(6) 8 Dredgers with bucket capacity above cubic meters.
14.2 Class B Qualification Standards
14.2.1 Enterprise credit rating and net assets of more than 8 million yuan.
14.2.2 Key personnel of the enterprise
(1) More than 3 registered construction engineers specializing in port and waterway engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, communications and radio and television engineering;
(2) The technical person in charge has more than 5 years of experience in construction technology management, and is a first-class registered construction engineer majoring in port and waterway engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, communications and radio and television engineering; More than 1 project performance in this category.
14.2.3 Enterprise technical equipment
Possess more than 2 of the following 4 items of construction machinery and equipment:
(1) Piling boat;
(2) Crane ship;
(3) Dredger with a capacity of more than 2 cubic meters;
(4) Dredger with a capacity of more than 100 cubic meters per hour.
14.3 Scope of Contracting Projects
14.3.1 Class A Qualifications
Can undertake the construction of various port and coastal projects, waterway projects, and navigation building projects. The construction of various types of port loading and unloading equipment installation and supporting projects, the construction of various types of ship locks, ship lifts, and avionics hub equipment installation projects, and the construction of various water traffic control projects.
Including piers, breakwaters, revetments, cofferdams, yard roads and land structures, silos, docks, slipways, slipways, underwater foundations and foundations, earthworks, offshore lighthouses, navigation marks and warning signs , trestles, artificial islands and platforms, offshore wind power, coast and offshore, river, sea and lake channel regulation (including embankments, dams, revetments), surveying, navigation marks and channelization projects, dredging and reclamation (including cofferdams), water Undertake obstacle clearance, excavation, dredging, reef blasting and other projects.
14.3.2 Class B qualifications
Can undertake the construction of the following port and coastal projects, including docks and channel projects below 50,000 tons along the coast and below 5,000 tons in inland rivers, with water depths less than 7 Meter breakwaters, dock slipways and slipway projects below 50,000 tons, embankment and bank protection projects below 1,200 meters, as well as corresponding yard roads and land structures, silos, underwater foundations and foundations , earthwork, offshore lighthouses, navigation marks and warning signs, trestles, artificial islands and platforms, coastal and offshore projects, dredging projects below 6 million cubic meters or land reclamation projects, underwater reef blasting and clearing projects below 60,000 cubic meters , as well as the construction of corresponding surveying, navigation mark and channelization projects, underwater obstacle clearance, excavation, dredging and other projects. It can undertake the construction of navigation structures such as ship locks below 1,000 tons or ship lifts below 300 tons.
It can undertake the installation of complete unloading equipment at coastal bulk cargo (including oil and gas), general cargo and container terminals with a capacity of less than 50000 tons and inland rivers with a capacity of less than 5000 tons, as well as installation projects of ship locks with a capacity of less than 1000 tons or ship lift equipment with a capacity of less than 300 tons, individually. Construction of various water traffic control projects with a contract value of less than 10 million yuan.
