Explore "1+X" party organization network setting mode, establish * * * community joint meeting system, improve residents' deliberation meeting system, strengthen the construction of community leadership, party workers and party member team, and establish and improve community service mechanism, activity mechanism, contradiction and dispute investigation and early warning mechanism and community work guarantee mechanism.
