Shuocheng District belongs to Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. The border is located outside Yanmenguan in the north of Shanxi Province, starting from the junction of Heituo Mountain and Pinglu District in the north, bordering Ningwu, Daixian and Yuanping County in the south, Shanyin County in the east and Lanjiayao County in the west. It is 67 kilometers long from east to west, 36 kilometers wide from north to south, and 502 kilometers away from the capital Beijing.
