According to the Interim Measures of Suqian Municipality for the Guarantee of Wage Payment in the Field of Engineering Construction:

Article 5 The wage payment guarantee is based on the project, and the guarantee is only valid for the project. The guarantee amount is: 5% of the target contract price in the form of bank guarantee or professional guarantee company guarantee; If the deposit is paid in advance, the target contract price is less than 5 million yuan, which is 3.5% of the target contract price; The target contract price is more than 5 million yuan, which is 3% of the target contract price. If the target contract price is more than 30 million yuan, it will be paid in installments at 2.5% of the target contract price, that is, if the completed project amount is 30 million yuan and verified by the administrative department of labor and social security, the deposit can be carried forward to the next stage of the project. If it is verified that there is wage arrears, the construction enterprise shall make up the deposit for the next stage in addition to the advance payment from the wage deposit.

Article 6 Upon examination and verification by the administrative department of labor and social security, if there is no record of bad behaviors such as violation of labor and social security laws and regulations, arrears of wages for migrant workers and so on in the credit file of the construction enterprise for three consecutive years, the wage payment deposit may be made in the form of regular deposit. Construction enterprises with national first-class qualification, second-class qualification and third-class qualification, regardless of the scale of the project undertaken, the deposit amount is 400,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively.
