Nanjing University Celebration

The anniversary of Nanjing University is May 20th.

On May 20th, 2022, Nanjing University celebrated its 20th anniversary. Many Nantah alumni sent congratulations to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nanjing University/KLOC-0.

History of Nanjing University:

1902 Nanjing University was founded in Sanjiang Normal School. Later, it was renamed Nanjing University on 1950 after historical periods such as Liangjiang Normal School, Nanjing Higher Normal School, National Southeast University and National Central University.

1952 After adjusting some departments, it merged with the College of Arts and Sciences of Jinling University, which was founded in 1888, and was still named Nanjing University. The school site was moved from Sipailou to the original site of Jinling University in Gulou. In 2006, the Ministry of Education and Jiangsu Province signed an agreement on key construction of Nanjing University. On 20 1 1 year, the Ministry of Education signed an agreement with Jiangsu Province to continue to focus on the construction of Nanjing University.
