Building buildings, structures and other facilities, engaging in earth-borrowing, sand-digging, trench-digging, or stacking or hanging articles in railway line safety protection zones shall obtain the consent of railway transport enterprises, sign safety agreements, abide by national standards, industry standards and construction safety norms for railway safety, and take measures to prevent the impact on railway transport safety. Railway transport enterprises should send people to supervise the safety of the construction site.
