Brief introduction of Yichun economic development zone

Yichun Economic Development Zone is located in the northern suburb of Yichun City, 5 kilometers away from the city center, at the intersection of National Highway 320 and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. Construction started in September 2003 and was approved as a provincial development zone in May 2006. The jurisdiction area of the Development Zone is 84 square kilometers, and the developed area (including entrusted management area) 17 square kilometers. Four characteristic industries, such as traditional Chinese medicine and medical equipment, auto parts, electronic information and machinery manufacturing, have been formed in the area, and industries such as food processing, new materials, textiles, clothing, shoes and hats have begun to take shape. In 2007, there were 19 1 9 enterprises in the park, including 1 19 enterprises in production and 44 enterprises under construction.
