After several days of analysis and thinking, I decided to compete for the position of Director of the General Office.

The work of the comprehensive office is related to the overall situation and is very important. Its work mainly includes the following three aspects: first, to serve as a good consultant to the bureau leaders and provide timely and accurate figures and information required for decision-making; second, to serve as a good general manager for overall affairs, leaving no trace behind; third, It is to provide good logistics for front-line employees, do their best, and provide good services. In short, this is an assistant position, which requires both an overall mind and a sense of obedience. Positioning yourself is very important.

First, I am familiar with the road and have rich practical work experience.

I have been the office director since 20XX. After more than two years of practical work, I have gone through the process of being unfamiliar and uncomfortable to being comfortable and comfortable. In more than two years of valuable work practice, I have accumulated rich work experience and summed up a set of more practical working methods. This is the realistic basis for me to compete for this position.

Since I became the office director, my work has changed to uploading and distributing information, communicating with leaders and the masses, receiving external reception, and handling tedious daily affairs internally. As the saying goes, one hundred people, one person, one characteristic of this kind of work is that it is thankless and easily misunderstood by the masses or cause dissatisfaction. After more than two years of work practice, I feel that I have handled these aspects fairly well. One of the secrets is the principle of moderation. That is to say, treat your colleagues with appropriate hotness and coldness, do not engage in tugging or teasing, and respond to emergencies with an appropriate amount of firmness and softness. You should make decisions when necessary and do not be indecisive. Be careful about the details of your work, be confused about small things, but not be confused about big things. I think the key to mastering these principles is to adhere to the word "sincerity", which will gain the trust and support of the employees. This is the basis of my personality to compete for this position.

Finally, let me talk about my corresponding work ideas if the competition for employment is successful:

1. Improve the existing system, increase implementation efforts, and use the system to promote management.

As the saying goes, "No rules, no rules." For an enterprise, the so-called rules are a series of strict rules and regulations. The existing system may meet today's and previous work needs, but as the situation develops, it must be supplemented and adjusted at any time in order to maintain its advanced nature and scientific nature.

But on the other hand, if there is a good system and it is not strictly implemented, the so-called system is nothing but a piece of paper. Therefore, I am prepared to use "high standards and strict requirements" as the behavioral guideline for the new comprehensive office. Rewards and punishments must be honored, calculations must be accurate, discipline must be strict, and work must be transparent. 2. Reduce expenditures, strengthen logistics management, and improve employees’ lives.

Of course, under the premise of saving, the money must be spent in full. At present and for a long time to come, I will make great efforts to improve the staff canteen, use all conditions to maximize funds and management, and create a rich and frugal dining environment for employees who are working nervously on the front line. . 3. Strengthen safety management and resolutely eliminate responsible accidents.

Safety work should be the top priority of the comprehensive office work. In the history of our Tobacco Bureau, there have been painful lessons. A careless move will bring huge losses to the work, and an accident will wipe out the results of an employee's hard work for a year. Therefore, I will take safety work as the top priority. The system must be strengthened, the hardware must be advanced, the system of leaders taking turns on duty, the system of dedicated personnel on duty, and the system of full-time on-duty guards and inspection personnel must be re-emphasized and enriched. ,

To prevent theft, arson and other vicious accidents. In addition, the management of drivers and vehicles should be strengthened. Drunk driving is strictly prohibited, non-drivers are strictly prohibited from driving, and driving without formalities is strictly prohibited. Vehicles must be strictly maintained and maintained regularly to prevent traffic accidents.
