The company should indeed make arrangements based on whether employees voluntarily work overtime, and should also respect employees' choices. Because employees can not only choose whether to leave work, but also work according to their own wishes. Inspur Group’s internal report? Overtime slogan incident? How do you view this incident? I have three views on this matter:

First, I think this matter glorifies overtime.

I really don’t agree with this company’s behavior, and this company actually shirks the responsibility to internal employees. This not only shows that the company cannot take this matter seriously, but also shows that the company indeed arranges employees to work overtime in violation of regulations. In my opinion, this thing is completely driven by the company and may be a marketing ploy, so this thing continues to glorify overtime.

2. This matter will impact the normal business order.

I think this incident may also have a certain impact on the normal order of society, and may very well lead to the company's infringement of employees' legitimate rights and interests. Because the company not only fails to give more care to its employees, but also fails to consider the interests of its employees. Not only do companies fail to provide employees with better treatment, they also fail to create a better working environment.

3. This reflects the company’s profit-seeking nature.

I think we can understand the essence of the company through the surface of this matter, because this company will indeed pay more attention to its own interests and will gradually reduce the company's operating costs. Although cost reduction is indeed a relatively normal thing, if you need to work overtime to create more benefits for the company, this is a profit-seeking behavior.
