How to punish driving without following the road markings?

The illegal behavior of not driving according to the road markings is generally more common in foreign vehicles. Because I am not familiar with the road, I have to go straight in the right turn lane when I want to go straight at the intersection. The penalty for this violation is 3 points deduction and a fine of 100 yuan. Motor vehicle drivers have one of the following illegal acts, 3 points:

(a) driving a passenger car (excluding buses) and a passenger car other than a school bus, which exceeds the approved number by less than 20%;

(2) Driving a medium-sized or above passenger truck or dangerous goods transport vehicle on roads other than expressways and urban expressways, or driving other motor vehicles at a speed of less than 20% per hour;

(three) the goods loaded by driving a vehicle exceed the approved load quality by less than 30%;

(four) driving a motor vehicle on the highway below the prescribed minimum speed;

(five) driving a motor vehicle prohibited from entering the expressway to enter the expressway;

(six) driving a motor vehicle on an expressway or an urban expressway without following the prescribed lane;

(seven) driving a motor vehicle through a crosswalk without slowing down, stopping or avoiding pedestrians;

(eight) driving a motor vehicle in violation of the prohibition signs and markings;

(nine) driving a motor vehicle without overtaking, giving way or driving in the opposite direction;

(ten) driving a motor vehicle in violation of the provisions of the trailer;

(eleven) after the vehicle breaks down and stops on the road, it fails to use lights and set warning signs in accordance with the regulations;

(twelve) the motor vehicle driving on the road fails to carry out safety technical inspection regularly according to the regulations.
