The internal coordination meeting should be held persistently: summarize the progress, quality and safety of the construction on the day of the project, arrange the time control of production nodes and the detailed requirements of technical quality on the next day, clarify the construction sequence and handover relationship and quality responsibility of various disciplines, strengthen the coordination, cooperation and handover management of various disciplines, and ensure the smooth progress of the construction.
