Second, the construction safety protection

(1) Exterior wall enclosure:

1. Fully enclosed three-dimensional protection is adopted. See the attached drawings for the erection requirements of scaffolding. The upper and lower sides of the vertical net should be connected and fixed with the upper and lower rails, and the connection fixing point should be ≤ 0.3m The net should be tightly assembled between the nets. Vertical net adopts qualified dense mesh safety net with safety production license. The outer edge of the shelf on the operation floor shall be provided with a baffle with a height ≥ 150 to prevent objects from falling and hurting people.

2. If the protective shed is erected by scaffolding at the entrance and exit of the building, the width of the protective shed shall be ≥3m, the clear height shall be ≥ 2.5m, and the length shall be ≥4m. There are two layers at the top of the protective shed (the distance between the upper and lower layers is not less than 500), all of which are covered with scaffolding boards with a thickness of not less than 50, and safety passage signs are hung in eye-catching positions.

(2) limb and hole protection

1. Stairs shall be provided with protective railings step by step, with protective railings ≥ 1.05m and at least two handrails (0.5m, 1.05m).

2. Leave holes in buildings, and cover pipes and elevator shafts (every three floors) with plates or hang flat nets. Around the pipeline and elevator shaft (before wall masonry) and before the fence construction of Yin and Yang platforms, fence nets or railings are added.

3. The periphery of the Yin-Yang platform is protected by railings, with a height ≥ 1.0m and two railings (0.35m and 0.70m).

4. Protective measures should be taken when the width of the small side of the reserved hole is ≥200, and protective railings (balconies are required) or cover plates (the cover plates must be fixed and cannot slide) or flat nets can be set for protection.

5. During the construction of roof cantilever slab, a flat net shall be hung under it, and a cantilever net or railing shall be hung during the construction of roof coil. (Require the same yin and yang). Fence nets and fences can also be used, and they must be tightly closed. Operators must wear seat belts at the same time.

(3) Safety measures for well pile construction

(1) This project adopts artificial pore-forming, and the soil is complex. Miscellaneous fill is composed of a large amount of construction waste, which is easy to collapse and has great construction risk. According to the characteristics of miscellaneous fill layer, excavation is easy to collapse. When encountering large-volume construction waste that affects the hole formation of well piles, the loose construction waste should be removed, and the well ring should be built in the original position with machine-made brick (M5.0 cement mortar) with strength ≥MU7.5 according to the original well pile diameter. When designing the elevation of pile top (slightly lower than 20-30), the top surface should be leveled and polished with 1: 2 cement mortar.

(2) Construction safety measures:

A. Before construction, the builder shall make safety technical disclosure to the operators, including emergency first aid knowledge training, protective equipment, lighting, communication means, operation methods, matters needing attention, construction task arrangement and other detailed disclosure. No illegal command, illegal operation and violation of labor discipline.

B, before construction, the construction facilities, tools, protective equipment, cables, etc. Should be carefully checked, unqualified products shall not be put into use, and there shall be no construction personnel who are not suitable for underground operation.

C, underground lighting uses 36V safe voltage, rubber soft five-core cable, explosion-proof lamp holder, cable without wear and exposure, parts in good contact, underground switch, lighting leakage control switch box is located within 2000mm from the hole, in case of danger, personnel outside the well will turn off the power in time.

D, in order to prevent debris such as stones falling from the wellhead from hurting underground personnel, underground construction personnel must wear safety helmets, and the wellhead should be covered, opened when unloading soil, and covered in time after putting down the bucket. The manhole cover should be made of wood according to the size of the wellhead, and holes or chutes should be left at the inlet of the air inlet pipe, well rope, safety helmet and cable, and washers should be added.

(3) Ventilation and anti-virus measures:

When the depth of pile excavation increases, the oxygen in the well decreases and the carbon dioxide content increases, and the harmful gas near the underground leaks into the well hole, resulting in the increase of harmful gas concentration and the decrease of oxygen concentration. When the oxygen content is lower than 18%, it will hinder the normal physiological function of workers. Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction, the following specific measures are taken:

A, use air compressor 5000L/h to continuously ventilate the construction well 10 minute, remove the original gas in the hole, use the instrument to hang the lighted candle, and check whether it is extinguished. If there is no abnormal reaction, humans can continue construction.

B, during the construction, in order to determine whether there is toxic gas in time, every time the staff drives 1m, the inspectors use simple and quick methods such as colorimetry, instrument method or small animal test method to quickly determine the underground gas, and prohibit underground personnel from using open flames to prevent the occurrence of hypoxia poisoning.

C, underground and underground construction personnel should always check the stability of the hole wall soil, and try to keep the undisturbed soil in the construction. When the hole wall is found to have flowing soil, quicksand, cracks and collapse, it should be evacuated from the site in time and report the actual situation found to the builder and project manager. After detailed analysis, the project technicians can continue the construction after taking corresponding reinforcement and support schemes.
