Eight Formulas of 5S Site Management

5S is the basic tool of site management, and 5S is sorting, rectification, cleaning, cleaning and literacy respectively.

Finishing: want and don't, leave and discard.

Rectification: scientific layout, convenient access.

Cleaning: removing garbage and beautifying the environment.

Cleanliness: Clean the environment and carry it out to the end.

Literacy: salute according to the rules and form a habit.

Core:

Create a clean, orderly, safe and efficient working environment!

Two goals:

Create the cradle of enterprise progress;

Improve the self-cultivation of all employees;

Three musts:

There must be standards;

Be sure to audit;

There must be a monitor;

The four modernizations process:

The first step is regularization, which makes the site tidy and orderly through sorting, rectifying and cleaning;

The second step is to standardize and establish detailed standards for employees to abide by, such as what kind of cleaning standards to achieve;

The third step, habituation, through long-term implementation and etiquette edification, make employees form certain literacy and habits;

The fourth step is to activate, give full play to employees' creativity and show team achievements, so that employees can feel that 5S is actually quite fun, with a team atmosphere and a warm side, and make employees the main theme of 5S.

Five wastes:

(1) finishing is mainly to eliminate space waste;

② Rectification is mainly to eliminate time waste;

(3) Clean up the deteriorated wastes of major equipment;

④ Cleaning is mainly to eliminate disorderly waste;

⑤ Literacy is mainly to eliminate the waste of human efficiency.

Six self-tests:

① Have employees received the corresponding 5S training?

(2) Is the site area responsibility divided in place?

③ Does every S have a clear benchmark?

(4) Is there any potential safety hazard at the site?

⑤ Are there any items with unknown status or use on site?

⑥ Has effective visual management been carried out?

Seven slogans:

(1) The environment is orderly and the work efficiency is high;

(2) The used things are in the same place, and they will be in the same place tomorrow;

③ Good positioning and less time;

4 clean ground, no trouble of slipping;

(5) the warehouse should be rectified from time to time, and the inventory backlog will naturally be less;

⑥ Organize in an orderly way, rectify in place, and be carefree at work;

Eight coups:

① Portrait method: that is, comparing the photos before and after improvement.

(2) Drawer method: refers to emptying all items before cleaning.
