Introduction to Hongyudong Reservoir

The planned dam site of Hongyudong Reservoir is located in Hongyudong, Qiaoting Township, Nanjiang County, 19 kilometers away from Nanjiang County. At the dam site, the average water inflow for many years is 266 million cubic meters. The planned dam height of the reservoir 96 meters long, 220 kilometers of main canals, and a total storage capacity of 190 million cubic meters. It is a large-scale backbone control hub project focusing on flood control and irrigation, taking into account comprehensive benefits such as water supply, ecology, and power generation. The area of ??submerged cultivated land in the reservoir area is 1,875 acres, 1,802 people have been relocated, 467 households have 81,632 square meters of housing, and 14 kilometers of roads have been diverted.
