Since 1970s, Jixi mining area has entered a stage of rapid development. 1975, the total amount of raw coal exceeded100000 tons for the first time. At the same time, relying on scientific and technological progress, a large number of advanced fully mechanized mining equipment were introduced and large-scale mine reconstruction projects were implemented, which greatly improved the production capacity. 199 1 year, the total amount of raw coal reaches 20 million tons, making it the second largest coal production base in China. Later, due to the superposition of many factors after entering the market economy, the production and operation of the mining area were in trouble, and the output dropped from 65,438 to 5.2 million tons in 0998. In the hard years of 10, 460,000 employees and their families of the former Jixi Mining Bureau carried forward the enterprise spirit of "self-improvement, pioneering and innovating", and made great efforts to make progress. In 2006, in 5438+0, they successfully implemented enterprise restructuring and reorganized into Jixi Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., realizing the docking with the modern enterprise system. After that, several leading groups led workers to seriously implement the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of Scientific Outlook on Development, people-oriented, safe development, so that enterprises gradually got out of the predicament and the mine production capacity was steadily improved. Since 2003, the total amount of raw coal has exceeded100000 tons. Then, the coal output increased by 6,543,800 tons per year. In particular, in 2008, it set six record highs, namely, the output of raw coal in Dajing was 6.5438+0.489 million tons, the annual export of commercial coal was 6.5438+0.08 million tons, the export of clean coal was 3.76 million tons, the average annual income of employees was 26.5438+0.062 yuan, the tax paid was 630 million yuan, and the annual safety investment reached 420 million yuan.

Jixi mining area has produced nearly 700 million tons of raw coal in the past 100 years, especially since the establishment of the Bureau for more than 50 years, which has made important contributions to the economic construction of the country in various historical periods. While creating great material wealth, it also created valuable spiritual wealth and gradually became a rich man with spiritual wealth. The diligence spirit of "breaking a penny into two halves", the professionalism of "keeping one meal with one shovel and one household with one ton", the fighting spirit of "as long as the spirit does not decline, there are always more ways than difficulties", the rigorous spirit of "not bad at all, not bad at all", and the pragmatic spirit of "it is better to pretend than to be hoarse". "Enterprises can put their employees on their heads." Long Coal Mining Group established Long Coal Energy Co., Ltd. and Long Coal Mine Construction Co., Ltd. in Xinjiang at the end of 2009, and purchased coal mines in Xishan, Urumqi for coking coal production. Long Coal Mine Construction Co., Ltd. has successively established four well construction projects.
