1. Earnestly fulfill the main responsibilities and control the epidemic situation. Prevention and control measures are in place

Each unit must strengthen its main responsibility, optimize and refine emergency plans based on its own actual situation, and strictly implement various systems such as 24-hour on-duty duty for leading cadres. Strengthen the management of cadres and employees, set up emergency areas, prepare relevant prevention and control materials, actively organize environmental sanitation improvement and cleaning and disinfection of key places, and implement epidemic prevention and control and service guarantee measures in place.

2. Implement health monitoring and strengthen personnel health examination and management

Each unit must do a good job in health monitoring of cadres and employees, and promptly grasp and register the health status of each cadre and employee. Investigate the travel status of cadres and employees and their participation in rallies and gatherings, and proactively trace the cause of illness for those who are absent from work due to illness. It is necessary to strictly implement the measures to verify the green code of Shandong Health Pass Code and temperature detection. The temperature of staff and outsiders will be tested at the entrance of the unit. Those without code, non-green code, and those with abnormal body temperature are prohibited from entering the unit. 3. Carry out daily protection and create a good hygienic environment

1. Regularly clean and disinfect the facilities and equipment in various public places of the unit.

2. Strengthen preventive disinfection during use of elevators, stairwells, bathrooms, conference rooms and other public places.

3. Strengthen the cleaning and ventilation of offices, canteens and bathrooms to maintain air circulation. If a centralized air conditioner is used, ensure that the air conditioner operates normally, increase the amount of fresh air, and close the return air in the entire air system.

4. Reduce collective gathering activities, such as sports meets, get-togethers and training sessions. Reduce centralized meetings, control meeting time, and maintain an appropriate distance; clean and disinfect the venue and tea sets and other supplies in a timely manner after the meeting.

5. Carry out daily disinfection of shuttle buses, official vehicles and other vehicles, and promptly clean and disinfect the interior of the vehicles and door handles after use.

6. It is encouraged to eat at home, without gatherings or dinners. If it is really necessary to dine at work, separate meals should be implemented to avoid gathering of diners.

7. Wear masks when working with multiple people or receiving outsiders.

4. Strengthen the publicity and popularization of epidemic knowledge and improve self-protection capabilities

1. Vigorously publicize the new coronavirus through electronic displays, banners, WeChat public accounts, work groups, etc. Knowledge on the prevention and control of infectious diseases such as viruses should be provided to guide cadres and employees to enhance their awareness of prevention and control and improve their self-protection capabilities.

2. Try to avoid going to public places with dense crowds and poor ventilation. Try to keep a distance of more than 1 meter when talking to others. Masks must be worn when many people are in the same room.

3. Pay attention to cough etiquette and hand hygiene. When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or use elbow pads or sleeves. Perform hand hygiene before and after taking off the mask. Place used tissues, masks, etc. in a covered trash can.

4. Keep washing hands frequently and drinking plenty of water. Wash hands immediately with running water and hand sanitizer after contact with respiratory secretions.
