Legal basis:

Article 5 of the Provisions on Political Review of Conscription includes: age, household registration, occupation, political outlook, religious belief, education level, realistic performance and political status of major family members and major social relations members. I or my main family members and immediate family members are the backbone of the above-mentioned criminal gangs of ethnic separatism, violence, terror, religious extremism and underworld nature, members of major social relations who have conducted activities or other relatives who have great influence on me.

9. The main family members, lineal relatives, members of major social relations or other relatives who have a great influence on me are subject to criminal punishment, expelled from the Party, expelled from public office or have serious illegal problems that have not yet been ascertained, and I shelter or retaliate.
