For example, the relationship between urban management and hawkers should not be "chasing after each other", but positioning at a fixed point to give hawkers a chance to survive. Happiness comes half from life and half from economy. If a city's economic development can rank first, then its happiness index must be very high, because both people and cities will face blows and pressures from all sides without good economic support, so they will not be happy.
