Article 2 Any official employee who has worked in a state organ, a people's organization, an enterprise or institution owned by the whole people for one year, who does not live with his spouse and cannot be reunited on public holidays, may enjoy the treatment of visiting his spouse. Article 3 Employees' holiday of visiting relatives:
