First, the installation method of stainless steel glass door

1. Pay-off positioning: At the beginning of the installation of stainless steel glass doors, the fixed glass partition and the movable glass door leaf must be uniformly paid off and positioned. After the door frame position is determined, the ground elevation and the top elevation of the door frame should be accurately measured.

2. Install the limit groove at the top of the stainless steel glass door frame: lead out two metal decorative plate edges from the elastic core wire, and then install the limit groove at the top of the door frame according to the edges.

3. Install the wooden base of stainless steel glass door with metal decorative panel: nail the square wood on the original embedded wooden brick, or nail the square wood on the ground with expansion bolts, and then stick the metal decorative panel on the square wood with all-purpose adhesive.

4. Install the rigid door frame: nail the square wood of the door frame according to the core line, and then fix the shape and position of the door frame column with plywood. After fixing, wrap the metal decorative surface.

5. Installation of stainless steel glass doors and doors: Use glass sucker (or glass sucker machine) to suck the thick glass tightly, and then 2-3 people hold the sucker to lift the thick glass plate, erect it and move it to the installation site for preparation.

6. Fixing the glass: nail two square battens inside and outside the base wood, sandwich the thick glass in the middle, but leave a gap of about 4mm with the thick glass plate, then apply all-purpose glue on the square battens, and stick the decorative metal plate on the square battens and the two square battens.

7. Inject glass glue for sealing: inject glass glue into the gaps on both sides of the top root groove, on both sides of the bottom glass notch, and between the thick glass and the door frame column.

8. Butt joint between stainless steel glass doors: Because the width of the thick glass plate in the fixed part is too large, it must be assembled by two or more pieces. When two pieces are aligned and spliced, a joint is bound to be formed, and a distance of 2 ~ 3 mm should be left at the joint.

1, elastic line: according to the horizontal line of the floor design elevation, along the wall height to the ceiling design elevation, cut off the vertical elevation line and the horizontal line of the heaven and earth keel along the elastic glass of the wall, and draw the slope position line of the keel on the horizontal line of the heaven and earth keel.

2. Installation of large keel: 1. Installation of ground bone: fix the keel of heaven and earth according to the design requirements. If there is no design requirement, it can be fixed with Ф 8 ~ Ф12 expansion bolts or 3 ~ 5 inch nails, and the distance between the fixed points of expansion bolts is 600 ~ 800 mm ... Before installation, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out. 2. Installation along the wall keel: fix the side keel according to the design requirements, and wipe the convergent groove on the side keel. If there is no design requirement, it can be fixed with Ф 8 ~ Ф12 expansion bolts or 3 ~ 5 inch nails embedded with wooden bricks, and the distance between the fixed points is 800 ~ 1000 mm, and anti-corrosion treatment should be done before installation.

3. Installation of main keel: according to the design requirements, fix the main keel according to the position of step line, and fix it with 4-inch nails, with at least 3 nails at each end of the keel. Must be installed firmly.

4. Installation of small keel: according to the design requirements, fix the small keel according to the position of step line and fix it with tenon or nail. Must be installed firmly. Before installing the small keel, you can also open a glass groove on the small keel according to the specifications of the glass.

5. Glass installation: according to the design requirements and glass specifications, install it on the small keel; For example, when installing with a bead, first fix the bead on one side of the glass, then use a rubber pad under the glass, and then use the bead to fix the glass; If the glass is fixed directly with glass glue, the glass should be installed in the reserved groove of the small keel first, and then sealed and fixed with glass glue.

6. Glass glue: firstly, stick paper tape around the upper edge of the glass, and stick all kinds of glass glue evenly between the glass and the small keel according to the design requirements. Tear off the paper tape after the glass glue is completely dried.

7. Installation of battens: According to the design requirements, battens of various specifications and materials are fixed on the small keel with straight nails or glass glue. If there is no requirement in the design, 10× 12mm battens, 10× 10mm aluminum bars or 10×20mm stainless steel bars can be selected as required.
