Some time ago, the company was recruiting engineers. I received some resumes and made appointments with some people for interviews. Let me talk about some people and things I encountered that left a very bad impression on me.

Mr. A, when I first came here, I didn’t knock on the door, I just pushed the door open and came in. Although our office is semi-open, it’s best to knock on the door for the first time and say when you come in, you are so young. At that time, I Although I didn't say anything, my mood immediately disappeared. Although our company is small, the opportunities and treatment are not much worse than those of Fortune 500 companies. I don't remember clearly what we talked about later. In the end, I just decided not to do it.

Mr. B came to Xiamen from Longyan to look for a job. When he came for the interview, he wore a gray top. If you look closely, you can see there is some obvious dust on it. His resume shows that his work experience is good and he has a good command of English. Not bad. But I noticed that ten of his fingernails were black and full of dirt. After the interview, I felt that his professional skills were pretty good. It was time for lunch. We all went to a small restaurant outside to eat noodles. During the meal, I was stunned because I was eating noodles very loudly. The people next to me kept looking at me. Finally, I reminded him very embarrassedly. In the end, I decided not to hire Mr. B.

Mr. C is me One of the more outstanding people I have met is a Fortune 500 company where I used to work. He graduated in 2007, but the current salary he wrote on his resume was 5,000. In fact, I also know that in the original company, as a new employee, his salary was It couldn't be that high. After some further tapping, he finally said on the phone that his salary was actually about the same as what was written. The rest was overtime pay for working overtime every day.

Mr. D, works 5 When I came for the interview, he was very good, and his work experience and ability were also good. After the interview, he was asked to fill in a form. The writing was very sloppy, so sloppy that I could hardly read it clearly. The handwriting was also very poor and somewhat vague. The bug was lying on the paper. Finally, when it came to salary, he mentioned a number, which was probably an annual salary of no less than 10W after tax. I was a little hesitant at the time, so I said I would tell him after thinking about it for a while. Later, I called this company for background checks. When I went to the company, I found that he had left the company for a long time, but he still worked for this company on his resume. About two weeks later, Mr. D called me and said that he heard that I had contacted his former colleagues. Asked me how I thought about it. If there are any problems with the salary, can it be lowered? In the end, Mr. D just let it go.

Mr. F was the one I almost hired when I found the most suitable one. He graduated in 2008. Undergraduate, mainly because his major is good and it matches our requirements very well. After chatting on the phone for a while, his conversation was good, and we decided on the spot to have an interview next Monday. Before the interview, I asked him to provide his grades, but he showed them to me. It was about 50. This subject. I looked carefully and found that nearly 1/3 of the scores were below 65 points, and many were 60 points... Based on my personal feeling, I felt that there was some fakeness in it. Later, I randomly checked on their school's website. I actually found out that he had records of retaking and making up exams for nearly 10 subjects. I called Mr. F and directly asked him if his transcript was authentic. Mr. F said on the phone that it was absolutely true. The next day I informed him that the interview was cancelled. Mr. F asked Why? I told him directly that his transcript was flawed. In the end, F said that he had suffered a loss in this area and had taken the make-up exam, and others did not want him. So his cousin suggested that he change his transcript, and it turned out to be true. Door 12.

Let me talk about some of my personal opinions.

1. Pay attention to some of your daily small details. Although what we need is an engineering technician, I don’t like it either. My employees are as slovenly as Einstein. Their handwriting is not good at least they can be neat, and their clothes are not high-end but at least they can be clean.

2. Honesty. Although you may not be able to do the best. excellent

Show off, but at least you can't deceive. Honesty is the most basic thing in life. Although you can't get others' approval at the beginning, at least the quality is certain. Fake things will eventually be known.

3. Be confident. Don’t be afraid to look at me with your eyes. When you don’t dare to look at me, I will also look down on you. Don't add so much nonsense when answering "your salary requirements." I don't want to hear everyone repeating "Because I am a graduate and have no social experience, so if the company thinks this requirement is too high? I can do it too?" My money may have just been printed from the People's Bank of China, but they won't Because it has not been circulated and changed hands, its value is reduced. In fact, I don't care whether you are talking about 10,000 or 1,500. What I need is a completely confident person. The company hires you not because of your low salary requirements or because of the gift of work to you, but because of your abilities and talents that you can bring to the company.
