1. If astigmatism has not been added to glasses before, there will be an adaptation stage when astigmatism is added for the first time, because the horizontal aspect ratio of the image seen will change slightly, and the visual center needs to adapt to this change.

2. Generally, if you can tolerate this kind of discomfort, just persist for a few days. Generally, you can adapt to it in three to five days.

3. Always wear glasses. Taking them off and on will cause discomfort.

4. If you are still not adapting after a week and the fatigue cannot be relieved, you may have problems with your optometry or lens processing, and you need to find an optical shop to coordinate and adjust the glasses parameters.

The optometrist in that optical shop was a little negligent in the process. Generally, people who are getting astigmatism for the first time should wear the trial frame for a while to get used to it. This is better.
