In April 2006, I went to Yecheng County, Kashgar, Xinjiang for mineral exploration with Deng, the former director of Tianshui Xinhai Mining, and a mining company in Tianshui. This is my first time in Xinjiang, the first time in the West Kunlun Mountains. Since 2003, stimulated by the new round of economic development, the mining industry in China has started to erupt again. People with power and influence, money and no money are all looking for mines all over the mountain. The word "mine boss" came into being with the resurgence of mining industry. During this period, the scale of mining output value in China has expanded to five times, and a batch of mining enterprises have created mine bosses. Mining is crazy! At that time, everyone wanted to engage in mining, what they knew and what they didn't understand. If the cost of mining in the mainland is too high, go to remote areas, Xinjiang and Kunlun Mountain to mine.

In 2006, Yecheng in Kashgar introduced preferential policies for attracting investment, and strongly supported and welcomed companies that came to Yecheng to invest in mining. Mainland mining enterprises rush to the Kunlun Mountain. Some mining enterprises, people who came first, some people with connections and some people who have power and influence in relevant government departments have all tasted the sweetness in Yecheng mineral development, and the development of mineral resources has become the hottest topic.

In 2006, Yecheng, especially Jogory Mountaineering Hotel, which is zero kilometers away from Yecheng, was inhabited by people looking for mines all over the country. Some people took advantage of Yecheng's eagerness to attract investment, and obtained a large number of exploration rights certificates at a very low price through various relationships and means, thus reselling exploration rights and profiteering. Find an acquaintance in Kashgar Land and Resources Bureau, and you can get a prospecting certificate for tens of thousands of dollars. Copy several copies of the distribution map of local mineral resources, look for blank spots on both sides of Kunlun Mountain 2 19 National Road, and apply for certificates on the map like staking in the early Qing Dynasty. It was very easy to register a mining company in Yecheng at that time. It doesn't need an office and various certificates. The registered capital is only 5,000 yuan, and it also enjoys the preferential policy of tax exemption for three years. At that time, various mining companies sprang up like mushrooms after rain. A large number of mine owners rent houses in guest houses and hotels in Yecheng, and the signboard of a mining company is hung.

These mine owners don't want to mine, and they don't have the money and technology to develop the minerals in Kunlun Mountain. Selling mining rights is their real purpose. Selling mineral rights is the most lucrative industry. A mine with tens of thousands of yuan exploration rights may not even have been to the boss himself. Through connections, inviting professionals to work on a geological survey report behind closed doors will often make large companies in the mainland buy it at hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars. After buying the mining right, some experienced mine owners invest a small amount of money in mine exploration and packaging, and then seek greater profits by attracting investment, cooperation or transfer. There are many mine owners and dealers in Yecheng Mine, and the treasures of Kunlun Mountain are full of temptations for those who want to get rich overnight. 2 19 has become a paradise for adventurers.

This is a true story, which happened around me. I once visited the mine on the spot, helped them explore and wrote them a geological survey report. The mine owner is Fujian Armed Police, who has served in Xinjiang for many years. After retiring, he bought the prisoner's ditch lead-zinc mine in Hongliutan from a Uighur with a transfer fee of 350,000 yuan. After the Fujian native bought the mine, he had no money to reinvest, so he went back to his hometown in Fujian to find two partners, gave up 20% of the shares, and invested in the mine. He invited professionals to explore and mine. This retired officer from Fujian is very diligent. People in their sixties have been working and living together in high-altitude mines for a long time. Under the management of Fujian people, this mine soon became one of the famous mines in Hongliutan. Fujian people are very capable and smart, so they immediately stop digging in the best place of the vein, manually select high-grade lead ore and put it into the ore bin, and never sell it. There are many non-ferrous metal veins in Kunlun Mountain, ranging from several thousand tons to several hundred tons. Fujian people require workers to collect only half and keep half. At that time, people didn't understand why the boss did it. Nearly a thousand tons of high-grade lead ore were piled up in the mine warehouse, which was also worth nearly two million at that time. Fujian people just don't sell it, which makes the two partners have a lot of opinions.

The financing1000000 yuan is almost used up. Fujian boss dismissed most of the workers in Hongliutan Mine, stopped exploration and mining, and began to look around for big companies in mainland China to sell the mine. The mining development along Yecheng 2 19 is a very small circle. Nearly ten mining companies on both sides of the Caracas River in Prisoner's Ditch, Hongliutan, know that this Fujian mine is good. After the news of the transfer came out, many mining enterprises were very interested. Our company also wants to buy this mine, so it sent me and a vice president to inspect it. Fujian's company is in downtown Yecheng, and our company is zero kilometers away from Yecheng. The bosses of both companies are waiting for my findings. I worked as a Fujian miner in Gongbeigou, Hongliutan for nine days. I carefully observed all the mines, roadways and open-pit mines, and recorded the vein trend, the size of the bag-shaped ore body and the extension of the vein in the mining roadway in detail.

What impressed me the most was a 2-meter by 2-meter A3 roadway, which had been excavated for 65 meters. At first, this roadway was excavated along a high lead vein with a width of about 20 cm. When it was driven to 30 meters, the width of the vein had reached 50 cm. Digging to the position of 50 meters, the vein gradually widens, and there is already a vein with a width of 150 cm. When the excavation reaches 60 meters, the cracks in the rock mass expand to form an irregular limited space, and minerals are filled into the crack spaces of these rock masses, forming a lenticular or pod-shaped ore body, which is also commonly known as the chicken nest. Fujian people walked 5 meters ahead and then stopped. This 5-meter roadway is already a 3X3 working face. Fujian people began to dig to the right side of the working face. After three meters of digging, they saw the surrounding rock and the ore body stopped here. Fujian people dug to the left of the roadway and stopped about one meter. Seeing the surrounding rock of the roadway on the right has made Fujian people regret it, and they dare not dig any more on the left. The working face stops in the middle of the Jiwo ore body, thus forming the wonders of the ore body in four directions on the roadway working face. How far does this pocket-shaped ore body extend forward? No one knows, what is the width to the left? Only by continuing to dig can we know the secret of this treasure. In the light of headlights and flashlights, I seem to be in the center of an underground treasure. In the middle of a high lead ore body, I was surrounded by blue silver stone light and a little starlight, which was very eye-catching and unforgettable. This roadway was specially left by Fujian people and is a place for people to visit. This mine, which was carefully built by Fujian people, left an infinite space for future generations to daydream and the temptation to be the door of wealth. Is it a blessing or a curse? Is it wealth or trap? We won't know until we keep digging. It seems that Fujian people are ready for this day, and the surprise is yet to come.

In the operation of mine B 1, what Fujian people do is even more incredible to visitors. Ore occurrence B 1 is a basin-shaped ore body with exposed lead oxide iron cap at the top of the mountain, about one meter square. Fujian people dug a deep pit nearly two meters in the iron hat, and the ore body is still extending downward. If exposed mining is carried out at the top of the mountain, the mining cost is too high. I wonder if the downward extending ore body has changed. Fujian people drilled a 2X2 exploration hole more than ten meters below the top of the mountain to explore the trend and shape of ore bodies. After ten meters of excavation, the mine is found to be a large chicken nest, a high-grade basin-shaped lead ore body, with a width of about 15 meters, a length of about 15 meters and a thickness of about 5 meters. Fujian people are really lucky. This basin-shaped ore body has produced nearly 400 tons of high-lead ore. For the sake of mining safety, and for tourists to see, Fujian people left five support columns with a diameter of about 0.8 meters and a height of about 4 meters in this basin-shaped mine room to support the gravity of the rocks above. Around the basin wall, some high-grade minerals of blue crystals were left intentionally or unintentionally, which made people feel that there is still room for development in this cornucopia. The most enviable thing is that the five supporting columns are all high-grade lead ore, and the five supporting columns emit dark blue silver light and shine under the overhead light. I measured it on the spot, and there are at least nearly 100 tons of ore around the basin wall and these five supporting columns, which is also worth nearly 300 thousand yuan. I asked the guide why he didn't use other materials to support the top pillar, and the answer was: the boss left it for people to see. Fujian people have long known that there will be such a day, burying the seeds of transfer everywhere, and making the mine packaging to the extreme. The day before I went down the mountain, the people in the mine finally showed me the warehouse where high-grade lead ore was piled up. Hand-selected ore bags are arranged neatly, and any bag opened casually is of high grade. The person in charge of the warehouse said that there are about 800 tons of ore. This kind of lead ore has a large proportion and high silver content. At that time, the price was about 2000 yuan a ton, and the ore in this warehouse alone was worth nearly 2 million yuan.

After going down the mountain, I reported the results of the investigation to the boss of the company and proposed to buy a mine from Fujian. Our company's bid reached 6.5438+0.2 million, but Fujian people disagreed and let it out. We didn't talk about it within 20 million. At that time, our company was acquiring other mining rights. Seeing that the price of Fujian people can't come down, we have to put it aside first to let Fujian people calm down. While waiting, who knew that Cheng had come out halfway? A Shandong company invested 20 million yuan to acquire Fujian mines and companies as a whole, and completed the handover in a very short time.

In this mine, Fujian people invested 6.5438+0.35 million yuan. In less than two years, they started with 20 million yuan and took money home. A classic package transfer of mining rights, Fujian people became famous in World War I on Kunlun Mountain Line 2 19, and became the idol sought after by later generations, and mining rights trading was profitable.

At that time, if a company owned several mines, it would be a great event and a very respectable thing. When we get together with friends, when we hear that XXX is the mine owner, everyone will cast envious eyes and hope to sit with him and take pictures as a souvenir. The huge profits from mining transactions and resale of mining rights make this industry almost crazy.

My company is relatively better. We all come from professional mining companies, know what mining is all about and know what to do. First of all, we rented a suite and two standard rooms on the third floor of the best Jogory mountaineering hotel in Yecheng, which is zero kilometers away. The suite is the general manager's office, and the two standard rooms are the vice president's office and the chief geological engineer's office. After careful observation and understanding, we did not register a company, but acquired a mining company with three exploration rights in Yecheng.

This burial mining company was founded by three local Uighurs in Yecheng. It is a mining company that does not develop but resells. These three mighty Zen people all work in Yecheng organs, enterprises and institutions. They know and speak Chinese, like to make friends with Han people, accept new things quickly, and know what is the hottest thing at the moment. One of them is the director of a bureau of Yecheng government. Close to the water, the moon comes first. Three people raised 50,000 yuan, went through three prospecting procedures through friends and colleagues, and registered a mining company in Yecheng, waiting for the arrival of the big boss in the mainland.

The zero kilometer of Yecheng is the starting point of Line 2 19 of Xinzang Highway. On the left side of the Zero Kilometer Road Monument, there is a three-story building with an inner triangle, which is the famous Jogory Mountaineering Hotel in Yecheng. In 2006, this hotel was the first choice for foreigners in Yecheng. There were several rows of bungalows in the backyard of the hotel, which was the employee's family area of Xingzuo Mining, the largest mining company in Yecheng at that time. There are several rooms on the first floor of the hotel, which are Xingzuo Mine Office. Xingzuo Mining was a big taxpayer in Yecheng at that time. There are many mines in Xingzuo Mining along 2 19, and there are large concentrator and smelter in Yecheng Heavy Industry Park. Many cadres and workers are local Uighurs.

We learned from the contact with the director that the main investor of this mining company is the director, because the director is still in office and it is not convenient to show up. The other two people in the company are relatives of the directors, who are the legal person and manager of the company respectively, and the actual controller of this company is the director. The director once studied in the mainland and worked in Yecheng government for many years after he came back. He speaks Chinese very well. The director is very practical and thoughtful. Because the autonomous region government has a document that does not allow on-the-job cadres to do business, they are anxious to transfer the company and mining rights. The director brought three original prospecting certificates and some ore samples, among which molybdenum and copper samples were very good. The director said that all three mining rights are in Xihexiu Township, Yecheng. He has held leadership positions in Xihexiu Township for many years and knows some mineral resources in the township. These ore samples were found and picked up by herders while grazing in the countryside. The factory director promised that after we bought them, we would arrange for the local people to take us to the place where the ore was collected. These three exploration licenses cover an area of more than 50 square kilometers, and there are many other mineral resources. The director also said: If we buy them, he will use his relationship in Yecheng and Xihexiu to help us with the prospecting work. Later, we learned about the distribution of mineral resources in Xihexiu through the relationship with Yecheng Land and Resources Bureau, which proved that what the director said was true. In addition, we also learned that a person from a mining company in Henan is also in contact with the director, who is very interested in Xihexiu's molybdenum mine. However, Henan people only want molybdenum ore, and the other two licenses are not needed. The director wants three license companies to sell it as a whole. Henan people can't make up their minds, waiting for the decision of their hometown company in Henan.

Before it was too late, the bosses decided to gamble first and not go to Xihe for a field trip. According to the contact and communication with the Secretary these days, we think that the Secretary is an honest and reliable person, because he still works in a government department and will not lie to us. In June 2006, after several days of bargaining, we finally acquired the director's company and three exploration rights for/kloc-0.5 million yuan and a Cherokee. When we came from the mainland, we drove an 80% new black Beijing Cherokee SUV and traveled about 30,000 kilometers. This car is in good condition. This Cherokee was rare in Yecheng at that time, and the director took a fancy to our car. The director explained: At present, the mineral resources in Kashgar are in the stage of large-scale development, and he wants to go through retirement procedures in advance and work in mining from public office. The director said: He knows many Uighur friends who have just started mining. They know where there are mines, but they don't know how to manage and develop them. Most of them can't speak Chinese, and they don't have the opportunity to communicate with Han friends who know about mines. They are confined to a small circle and don't know the development trend of mining outside today. After retiring, the factory director wants to set up a mine consulting service company in Yecheng to provide consulting services for Uighur friends engaged in mining, to bridge the gap between local mining companies and foreign mining companies and promote development, so he especially needs a good off-road vehicle. At that time, the price of Cherokee SUV should be around150,000, plus150,000 cash, totaling 300,000. The bosses agreed and hired the director as a consultant of our company.
