Let me know how to install curtains on floor-to-ceiling bay windows.

1. Positioning. The success or failure of curtain installation lies in the accuracy of line drawing and positioning. First, measure the distance between the fixed holes and the size of the required installation track.

2. Install curtain rails. Curtain rails are available in single, double or triple tracks. When the window width is greater than 120cm, the curtain rail should be disconnected, and the bends at the disconnection should be staggered. The bends should be gentle curves, and the overlap length should not be less than 20cm. The rails of exposed curtain boxes are usually installed first. Machine screws should be added to heavy curtain rails; dark curtain box rails should be installed later. The small corners of heavy curtain tracks should be closely spaced, and the wood screws should preferably be no less than 3cm in size. Install the lifting clips, rotate the clips 90 degrees to connect with the track, and install the lifting clips on the roof with self-tapping screws. If it is a concrete structure, expansion screws are required.

3. Install curtain rods. Correct the connection fixture, install the rod or wire, and pull it on the fixture. Make it flat and consistent with the elevation of the room. When installing a standard curtain track (double track), the basic width should generally be more than 15cm. If it is a single track, it can be reduced appropriately according to the specific situation.

4. Adjust the position. For floor-length curtains or curtains that hang over the countertop, the rails should be installed to allow for the width of the window sill to prevent the curtains from being blocked and looking unsightly when they droop.
