How are people in Guangzhou?

I have been in Guangzhou for some time. Let me talk about my own feelings. Generally speaking, I have a bad impression of Guangzhou people. People here look down on people from other places. Let's just say that I work in a company. A very small company, a Guangzhou person who is responsible for bringing new people, really looks down on foreigners and crowds them out. Before long, I couldn't stand it anymore and quit.
