Does salary have much to do with personal ability?

I also think that the level of salary has little to do with personal ability. A capable person may have more employment opportunities, but it is not only his ability that can improve his income, but also many factors that affect the level of your company.

Salary is determined by ability, but not all. Ability can only determine part of it. There are many factors that really determine wages, such as the length of working hours, the intensity of work, the operating efficiency and employment standards of employers, the relationship between supply and demand in the job market and the local economic development, which are not determined by young people's personal abilities.

Nowadays, the pressure of employment, the pressure of life and the serious shrinkage of academic qualifications are all realistic and objective problems. It is not so easy for college students to get a high salary, but it doesn't mean it is impossible. There are still many people who can do it. Therefore, college students should really reflect on themselves, reduce their complaints, improve themselves, constantly overcome difficulties and work hard, which will always pay off.

So I think that although a person's ability is very strong, it is not necessarily higher than that of a person with average ability. There are many factors that affect wages. For example, weather, location, people and people can all affect an individual's salary. So don't simply think that you will get more formulas if you work hard.
