I am from Tonghua, but I am not in my hometown now. The most prosperous place in Tonghua is in Jiangnan. The newly built large shopping malls there are very popular among citizens, including Eurasia, Yiwu and Xintiandi. That place is also called the Middle East. There are bus routes 2 and 23 (I know these two). The house prices in Tonghua City are okay, starting at 3,000 per square meter. In Jiangnan, they are probably more expensive at more than 6,000 per square meter (I have classmates who work in real estate there, but I heard that the quality of the houses in Jiangnan is not very good).
