Since we arrived in Beijing in the morning, the first day was Qianmen, Tiananmen, Wangfujing, Jingshan, Beihai, and the Forbidden City in Xidan. (If you get off at Beijing West Railway Station in the morning, then you can take Route 2 or 9 and wait until the Qianmen, walk around Qianmen Dashilan and then enter Tiananmen Square. Chairman Mao Memorial Hall is not open on Mondays, and is open from Tuesday to Sunday. From 8:00 to 12:00 in the morning, go through Tiananmen Square and enter the Forbidden City. After exiting, go to Jingshan. Exit from the west gate of Jingshan and enter from the east gate of Beihai. After visiting Beihai, go out from the main gate of Beihai and take the 103 tram across the road. Wangfujing, if you have time, take bus 1 from Wangfujing to Xidan)

2. The next day, you can take a bus to Badaling and the Ming Tombs. You can go to the Beijing Tourism Distribution Center, where you can get to Badaling and the Ming Tombs. If you go by yourself, take bus 44 from Chongwenmen and get off at Deshengmen. There is bus 919 to Badaling on the north side of Deshengmen Tower. It only costs a few yuan to swipe your card, so be sure to check that it is bus 919 that goes to Badaling.

3. After these two days, you will usually be very tired. Today you can take a car to visit the Bird's Nest. Personally, I don't think you need to get up early. You can go to the Bird's Nest in the afternoon and come back after 8pm, because if the night view of the Bird's Nest is turned on, the night view will be quite beautiful. You can get here by car or subway. If you want to go by car, just get off at Anhui Bridge North (Beichen) on Special 2, go north and turn left at the first intersection, you can see it there. You have to change several subway trains. Line 5 at Chongwenmen, line 10 at the south entrance of Huixin West Street (direction to Bagou Village), and get off at one stop and change to line 8.

4. If you come to Beijing this season, the cherry blossoms in Yuyuantan Park should be in bloom. Just take Metro Line 1 and get off at Junbo Station. After exiting the station, walk west.
