Rib noodles are traditional noodles of Han nationality, especially famous in Cantonese cuisine. It belongs to home-cooked pasta, and its characteristics are crisp and smooth. The main ingredients are ribs, noodles and vegetables. Wash the ribs, pat the sides loosely, and use a little soy sauce, sugar, wine, salt and pepper. Marinate for about 15 minutes and then dip in sweet potato powder. Heat the oil, fry the ribs with medium heat until the surface is golden, then turn to high heat and take them out.
