What are the five kinds of grains?

In Shang and Zhou Dynasties, millet was still the main food crop, but due to the small output per unit area, it was no longer a staple food in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, and it is rare on the dining table in China today.

4, Xiaomi: also known as Xiaomi, grows drought-tolerant, and it is Xiaomi after peeling. China called the country a country in ancient times, and millet means grain, which shows the status of millet in the hearts of Chinese people. Now most people mainly use it to cook porridge.

5. Dioscorea zingiberensis: a general term for beans, generally referring to soybeans, which are native to China and rich in plant protein. In ancient times, soybeans could not only be eaten directly, but also people in China created soybean milk and tofu, and invented soy sauce and other condiments derived from soybeans.
